Huang Qingfeng, President and Vice-Secretary of ZPMC, et al paid a visit to Shaanxi Automobile Holding Co., Ltd at the invitation on July 20th, during which, Huang signed the strategic cooperation agreement with Wang Yanhong, Vice-Sectary and General Manager of Shaanxi Automobile Holding Co., Ltd..

Wang expressed his welcome to Huang Qingfeng et al and sang high praise for ZPMC’s achievements on overseas development. He made detailed descriptions on the development history, basic information, advantages of four business parts and military-civilian integration development of the Company. He also said that the Company had made leap-forward development for 50 years, with new records on various business index in 2017 and the first half of 2018 as well as increasing market share, ranking the third in heavy truck industry of China. Shaanxi Automobile Holding Co., Ltd. is the only one heavy truck manufacturer participating in the national day ceremony, whose military vehicles contribute much to the outstanding achievements of the military teams in International Military Games for the high quality. Wang added that the Company would strengthen the exchange with ZPMC, leading in the global port industry, in the opportunity of meeting for mutual benefits and win-win cooperation,

Huang introduced the 8 business parts, global industry pattern and oversea subsidiaries of ZPMC, focusing on the strategic transformation from the quantity to quality and from selling equipment to providing system solutions for multiple business mode on the market. He also introduced ZPMC’s participation in Yangshan Phase IV Automatic Terminal and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. Hang pointed out the mutual cooperation direction in the future on the basis of the development principles of innovation, quality and green development in Made in China 2025 Strategy. Huang also said that the electric unmanned container tractors researched and developed independently by Shaanxi Automobile were in close relation with the fully automatic terminal and upgrading and restructuring of traditional terminals promoted by ZPMC at present. He wished both parties would make positive cooperation with mutual advantages to develop milestone products, obtaining the dominant power in the high-end market.

Huang Qingfeng, accompanied with Wang Yanhong, visited history museum, heavy truck assembly factory and Hande axle base of Shaanxi Automobile, learning about the development of the Company.
