Recently, the vessel "Zhen Hua 27" departed from the terminal of ZPMC Changxing branch, carrying 3 quay cranes for the Colombo ECT Port project in Sri Lanka and 2 quay cranes for the Maersk APM Terminals and Oman’s Salalah port.
The equipment for the Colombo ECT Port project consists of conventional single-hoisting quay cranes, utilizing a double-box truss structure. They have an outreach of 72 meters, a back reach of 25 meters, a rail gauge of 30 meters, and a total lifting height of 75 meters.
The equipment for the Maersk APM Terminals and Oman’s Salalah port project comprises double-box girder, rail-mounted gantry cranes with trolley traveling, with a rated load of 105 tons. They have an outreach of 75 meters, a back reach of 25 meters, a rail gauge of 30.48 meters, and a total lifting height of 77 meters. This project features immense crane models, marking the tallest cranes for Maersk and also boasting the strictest requirements for allowable wheel pressures at the terminal.
