Recently, the first batch of 12 equipments of the world's first AGV unmanned cross-border transportation project independently developed by ZPMC entered the joint debugging stage of multi-party total system.
The project has a total of 30 pieces of equipment, and the first batch of equipment was shipped on January 10 this year, mainly for the transportation of energy goods between China and Mongolia. Before the implementation of this project, there was no precedent in the world for cross-border land transportation automation, and ZPMC successfully filled the blank of global cross-border land transportation automation.
The AGV of this project adopts the diesel engine + lithium battery hybrid power system independently developed by ZPMC, which is a qualitative leap compared with the previous gasoline-electric hybrid power system projects. After on-site testing, the diesel engine emissions have reached the National VI standard. Compared with the original hybrid National III diesel unit, the fuel consumption is reduced by about 1.8 to 2.2 liters per hour, which greatly reduces carbon dioxide emissions, and can save a lot of diesel costs for users every year, which is more economical and environmentally friendly.
Due to the harsh use environment of the port, in addition to considering the prevention of sandstorms, the main components adopt heat insulation and heat preservation technology, which can meet the local extreme temperature operating conditions of -40°C to 40°C. The project also boldly adopts the wiring harness wiring method, which can better solve the interference problem. In the past, wiring and wiring took two days, but now it only takes two or three hours, which greatly reduces the wiring workload and ensures the wiring quality. In order to facilitate user operation, the batch of equipment can realize seamless local and remote switching functions of pure electric mode, oil-electric hybrid mode and diesel engine mode.
The successful development of this project provides rich experience and a large amount of data for the diversification of AGV products in the future, and promotes the application of AGV to a wider range of fields.
