On June 4, "Zhenhua 27" was shipped from Nantong Branch with 5 automatic rail-mounted gantry cranes (RTGs) in Vancouver.

There are 5 cranes in the project which commenced in September 2020. The design that the rotary trolley and the main trolley are connected by the rotary bearing is adopted. The trolley rotates by driving the inner gear ring of the slewing bearing, which makes the trolley rotate faster and more smoothly. In addition, the winding design of 8mm steel wire rope also makes the anti-sway effect of spreader mechanism more stable.

With advanced design of automation model and integrated with a large number of subsystems, the project has high production requirements and short construction period. In order to ensure the timely delivery of the RMGs, the project department formulated the plan in advance, and all departments cooperated to overcome difficulties and successfully completed the delivery. After the completion of the main function debugging of the first equipment of the project, the running effect of the RMGs is highly appraised by users.
