Recently, the damping unit developed independently by ZPMC was used successfully on the grain elevator of Hitachi Group in Japan for the first time.

The grain elevator is used for the conveying of small particle materials in bulk as grain, which is generally impacted by the seismic wave in Japan. The damping unit by ZPMC consists of 4 groups of components, of which each is of two layers and rotation structure with a certain offset, keeping the gain elevator from the impact of the seismic wave.

ZPMC adopts the damping unit in the grain elevator for the first time in the industry with the performance approved by Hitachi Group, making sound foundation for the further expansion of the market in Japan.
