Recently, the Phase I Project (later phase) of the Wenzhou Yueqing Bay Bulk Cargo System, in which Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (ZPMC) participated in construction, has been delivered and officially put into operation, marking the full delivery of the project and its successful completion.

This delivery represents the final consignment for the project, consisting of 2 bridge-type grab ship unloaders, 2 bucket-wheel stacker-reclaimers, and 12 belt conveyors with a total length of 3.3 kilometers. Spanning five years of dedicated efforts, the project has achieved high-quality delivery and successfully fulfilled all construction tasks.

The Yueqing Bay Port Terminal is a key node and critical support for the construction of the Jinliwen (Jinhua-Lishui-Whenzhou) Open Corridor and currently the largest general-purpose bulk cargo terminal in southern Zhejiang, with an annual designed throughput capacity of 16.7 million tons, capable of accommodating 100,000-ton bulk carriers. ZPMC has supplied a total of 4 bridge-type grab ship unloaders, 4 bucket-wheel stacker-reclaimers, 22 belt conveyors with a total length of 6.9 kilometers, and 2 portal cranes for the terminal. The delivery of the project once again demonstrates the outstanding strength and meticulous quality of ZPMC’s one-stop solution for bulk cargo system projects, providing solid support for the construction of the Jinliwen Open Corridor and regional economic development.
