Zhenhua No. 25, loaded with 6 automatic RMGs for Singapore PSA, left ZPMC Changxing Base for Tuas Terminal of Singapore on July 10th, the first batch of the equipment manufactured by ZPMC for the Terminal.
The Project on 20 dual-trolley STSs and 56 automatic RMGs commenced on Mar.14th, 2019 and would be manufactured and delivered in 10 different batches. ZPMC team shipped 6 RMGs in advance this time, despite the impact of Covid-19 and plum rains, making a solid foundation for the automatic debugging and delivery on the site.
The Project on Tuas Terminal of Singapore is on the super port planned by the government of Singapore, of which the first part of port area is planned to put into operation in 2021 and the whole terminal will be completed in 2040 with the annual container handling capacity of 65million TEU. ZPMC has provided more than 300 pieces of the port machinery equipment since entering the local market in 1994.
