Recently, new high-efficiency and environment-friendly screw ship unloaders independently developed by ZPMC have completed the heavy-duty test and put into use in Taiwan.

The equipment is designed to unload bulk coal cargo with a weight of 100,000t, a rated capacity of 1,500t/h and a maximum capacity of 1,800t/h. The newly developed screw ship unloader adopts a new combination scheme of horizontal screw conveyor and belt conveyor, which reduces the previous difficulty of installing horizontal screws of the long-distance boom and adapts to the needs of various coal operations to a greater extent.

The application of the equipment for the project has improved the previous situation that Taiwan's large ship unloaders rely on foreign manufacturers.
