Recently, "Zhenhua 24" carrying 1 quay crane and 1 screw ship unloader for EMC in Taichung, and 2 repaired quay cranes for the Taipei project have sailed from the wharf of Changxing branch.
The quay crane for EMC in Taichung has a rated capacity of 55 t, a track gauge of 24 m, a front outreach of 46 m, a back outreach of 15 m, and a lifting height of 35 m above the rail and 18 m below the rail. The project department overcomes adverse factors such as the pandemic and high temperatures and focuses on key timings such as commencement, manufacturing, final assembly, commissioning, and shipment to ensure smooth delivery of the project.
The screw ship unloader for Taichung is ZPMC's first bulks to enter the Taiwan market, adopting EZ-integrated electronic control. It is the second generation of ZPMC's such product upgrade, with a rated production capacity of 1,500 t/h. During the construction of the project, the project department carefully organizes the equipment production, and finally loads and delivers the equipment smoothly as planned.
Taipei Port has a special geographical location, with a humid climate and severe salt spray. The client requested that the 7 ZPMC quay cranes put into service at the terminal in 2006 are returned to the factory for repair and upgrade. The 2 quay cranes shipped this time are the second batch of equipment for the project. The project department takes multiple measures to ensure the orderly progress of the project and delivers the equipment on schedule, which is highly recognized by users.
