Recently, the third shipment of NHI large section of the Fourth Macau-Taipa Bridge Project has successfully shipped.
The section shipped this time has a length of 66 m, a width of 24.7 m, and a weight of 1,670 t, adopting roll-on loading. It takes 24 h to succeed in the roll-on loading, binding, and fixing. The section will be transported to the bridge site of the Fourth Macau-Taipa Bridge and welded on after adjusting beam positioning.
ZPMC undertakes the construction of the steel structure of the north main bridge and the north approach bridge of the Fourth Macao-Taipa Sea-crossing Bridge, with a total weight of about 33,000 t, shipped from the wharf of Nantong branch to the bridge site in Macao after being made into large sections.
The large section of Aosha NH2 has been assembled and won praises in inspections by the general contractor, supervisory entity, and IDQ organization.
