ZPMC making remote STS debugging with 5G communication technology

The STS debugging remote central control and management platform led by ZPMC Changxing Branch was put into the trial operation recently. 
The platform, with the integration of 5G communication technology and the STS debugging, could provide the remote connection and post back of the video and audio information of the STSs with different brands of the electrical control systems on the site. With the platform, the operator could learn about the conditions on the site and make the remote debugging on multiple STSs. It started a new era of the STS remote debugging in the central control room. 
The 5G communication equipment and cameras installed on the sides of STSs could pass back the equipment images and IPC information directly to the control center, allowing the operators for the remote check and modification of the equipment programs and parameters as well as the fault analysis on STSs. The control center with the integration of STSs of different brands of electrical control systems could make rapid switch between different projects, making sure one operator monitoring different STSs. Meanwhile, the clear and bright working conditions in the central control room improved the work comfort of STS debugging engineers greatly. 
Many debugging engineers of STSs of different brands of the electrical systems were attracted for experience immediately after the platform was launched. The engineers thought highly of the platform for the cool and comfortable debugging conditions, rapid and efficient remote login and operation experience of the same level on the site. 
Meanwhile, the portable HD camera (individual equipment) was used, winning praises of a large number of the quality inspectors, supervisors and users in the visiting and experience. The light and portable individual equipment connected with the central control platform via 5G mobile phones could pass back the real time images in the viewpoint of the equipment carriers on STSs. The operators in the central control room could command the individual equipment carriers to obtain the audio and video information of any angles on STSs, making sure more rapid and efficient visiting and applying for inspection. 
ZPMC Changxing Branch has completed the remote debugging on scores of STSs with the platform at present. Some project supervisors and users expressed clearly to use the platform and the individual equipment for the further application for inspection and the trial operation.
