ZPMC slid the wind power pile onto the vessel successfully on Nanpeng Islands in Yangjiang for China Guangdong Nuclear Power Company (CGNPC) recently, which is the heaviest wind power pile in China so far.

The 92-meter-long pipe weighs as much as 1,300t approximately. To complete the difficult shipping of such super large pipe, ZPMC developed a whole set of sliding and lifting instrument independently, which can made rapid adjustment on the height difference between the transportation vessel and the terminal, solving the difficulty of pipe sliding due to different levels of the terminal and transportation vessel. It not only improves the work efficiency, but save quantities of manpower and costs and reduce the transportation period as well.

The successful sliding onto the vessel of the heaviest wind power pipe in China is considered as an important innovation and breakthrough in the shipping technology of the super large wind power pile in China. ZPMC provides a mature solution for the shipping of the super larger wind power pile.
