ZPMC completed the whole lifting test of the 600t self-elevating wind power installation platform continuous hydraulic lifting system manufactured by ZPMC for Zhongtian Technology (ZZT) recently. The whole test was made stably and efficiently, winning the unanimous appreciation from ZZT, China Merchants Heavy Industry and China Classification Society (CCS).

The 6,500t platform is lifted from the water surface to 70m on the leg, higher than 45 pin holes with the hydraulic lifting system to test the lifting capacity and the manufacturing accuracy of legs, which is the most important test before delivering the lifting system. The Company made various inspections in advance, formulated detailed plans and emergency programs and made timely technical explanations with the ship factory, shipowner and the inspector to make sure the successful test.

It is the first continuous hydraulic lifting platform by ZPMC with the whole rights of intellectual property. The platform can lift at the speed of 24m/h with the speed of leg of 36m/h, lifting load of 2,400t of each leg, preset load of 4,800t and the capacity of pulling piles of 1,600t. ZPMC has developed 2 types of hydraulic lifting systems until now.
