Recently, Nantong Heavy Gear Reducer Branch won the order of TBM cutter main drive reducer box and the order of 10MW power generator ground mechanical system of high-altitude wind power generation project.

The order consists of 20 sets of 90KW cutter main drive reducer boxes and 10 sets of 75KW cutter main drive reducer boxes.

After developing the TBM reducer boxes, Nantong Branch has provided nearly 500 sets of such products accumulatively for 2 kinds of screw conveyors and cutter main drive of various types of 75KW, 90KW and 160KW.

high-altitude wind power core components 10MW power generation ground mechanical system consists of the mechanical system of 6 sets of storage winches and friction winches and the electrical system of central control system and variable frequency control cabinet as well as 7 hydraulic stations. The equipment can collect the wind energy of high altitude from 1,000m to 3,000m with the polymer cables and the wind energy can be turned into mechanical energy with the friction winches before becoming the electricity.

The contract winning indicates Nantong Branch entering the high-altitude wind power core equipment field, benefiting for competition in the clean energy market --- Green China.
