The driving system of rock-socketed single pile vertical tunnel drilling machine (TBM) designed and manufactured by ZPMC was assembled on May 14th with largest power, hoisting capacity and drilling pressure in China, providing another new tool for the construction of hard rock seabed wind power foundation.
This type of driving system is customized for the installation of offshore wind power generator foundation, to provide the driving force for the seabed drilling rod to cut the hard rock at the seabed easily in the installation of offshore wind power generation foundation. Meanwhile, the system can also be used for construction of underground stereo garages and strategic storerooms.
The driving system, weighing more than 80t with rated power of 1,680KW, consists of six motors of 280KW each, speed control system and dynamic synthetic system. The system is 4m high with maximum diameter of 3m approximately. The system can drive the cutter of 13m in the maximum diameter with the rated rotation speed of 5rpm and maximum rotation speed of 9rpm. It can withdraw the cutter at the speed of 0.1rpm.
The driving system has the rated torque of 2,800kN/m and relief torque of 3,700kN/m, both largest at present in China. It is also the unique driving system for two different working conditions of hardware pressured drilling and reduced pressure soft soil drilling in China. The driving system can lift the drill and other accessories of 700t for pressured or reduced pressure construction with largest drilling pressure of 500t, thanks to the largest hoisting capacity of 700t of the system.
