Well managed canteens; 3. Good bathing conditions, hot water supply; 4. Free Laundry; 5. Annual physical examination; Free unlimited soft drink supply in the summer; 6. Regular tourism for employees and encourage to have other cultural activities, etc.; 7. Keep good public sanitation, especially the public toilets. At the same time, the company will also set up a mutual aid fund to provide an interest-free loan for workers to buy houses, pay medical expense or education fee of their children.
