In the afternoon of July 21st, Mr. Yu Zhengsheng， the member of Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Shanghai Communist Party of China Municipal Committee Secretary had an audience with Mr. Zhou Jichang, the board chairmen of CCCC and ZPMC.

China Communications Construction Company Limited is the central enterprises under SASAC, the Hong Kong H-share listed company, in 2008 it entered the world's top 500 enterprises (the latest ranking was 341). Chief Economist of China Communications Construction Company, Mr. Liu Wensheng, Chairman of Shanghai Waterway Bureau, Mr. Song Zongyuan, Chairman of the Third Operations Engineering Bureau, Mr. Fang Yan, Vice-Chairman of the Third Operational Engineering Survey and Design Institute, Shen Mingda together with our President of ZPMC, Mr. Guan Tongxian accompanied.

Chairman Zhou reported group overview and development objectives to Secretary Yu Zhengsheng, and expressed thankfulness to the Shanghai municipal government and Shanghai Communist Commitees’ continuous caring and supporting to the Shanghai local enterprises.  Secretary Yu praised the contribution of the CCCC Group Companies to Shanghai's economy growth, which made great efforts to help fight against international financial tsunami.
